If you are acquiring the products for the purposes of business, then the guarantees and remedies provided under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are excluded and you use the products available from this website at your sole risk. In no circumstances will Thingz Ltd be liable to you for any damages whatsoever arising out of the commercial use of any products from this website.

While every effort is made to keep the information on this website current, prices and product availability are subject to change and Thingz Ltd will advise you upon placement of your order if changes have been made during the time since this website was last updated and your order is placed. Thingz Ltd and its affiliates shall not be liable to you or any third parties for any direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages allegedly sustained arising out of your access to or inability to access the Service. This includes viruses alleged to have been obtained from the Service, your use of or reliance on the Service or any of the information or materials available on the Service, regardless of the type of claim or the nature of the cause of action. Thingz Ltd accepts no liability for misuse of any skin care, cosmetic and/or perfume products sold through the Thingz site, this includes allergic reactions to products sold on the Thingz Website. By purchasing any of the goods listed on the Thingz site purchasers understand how the products are to be used and use them at their descretion.

Ownership:
Once they have been fully paid for, the ownership passes to the purchaser. The purchaser is deemed the importer of the goods. Responsibility to meet any laws, pay any duties, taxes or charges passes to the purchaser once the order has been dispatched.

The onus is on the purchaser to ensure that the correct information is provided to Thingz. This includes name, address, contact numbers and email addresses. Thingz Ltd accepts no liability or responsibility for issues or costs arising from incorrect information being supplied to Thingz.

General:
Thingz displays products, however colours displayed on a screen vary and may not represent the exact colours in reality. Thingz is not responsible or liable for any liability or loss incurred through the colours of the website not matching reality.

Returns Policy:
Thingz will replace defective products, provided that they are defective and not just because you have changed your mind. It is your responsibility to ensure you have made the right choice.

Cancellation By You Prior To Delivery:
You acknowledge that Thingz Ltd will incur obligations and costs once you place an order with us. Therefore you may not cancel or vary an order once it has been placed with us unless of course Thingz Ltd advise you that delivery cannot be made due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

International Orders:
Please email us before placing any international orders for shipping prices and confirmation.

Pricing:
All prices are in New Zealand dollars ($NZD) and include local taxes (GST).

Freight:
We are unable to courier goods to PO Boxes, so please provide a street address and phone number. Delivery times are suggestions only. Thingz does not guarantee delivery within a set time period. Thingz is not responsible for the delivery of product, or for the time involved in the delivery of product. This is the responsibility and liability of the engaged delivery contractor. If the item is delayed or does not reach the intended destination within a period suggested by Thingz, Thingz will not refund, replace or compensate the purchaser.

Payment:
We accept payment by direct banking or Paymate (credit card). Payments by direct banking will have orders processed as soon as cleared funds show in our account.  If no payment is received within 3 days of your order, goods in short supply may be released for other sales.

Privacy Policy:
We do not automatically recognise any information regarding your domain or e-mail address when you browse our website. We only collect the email addresses of those who communicate with us by email or purchase goods from us online. The information we collect is for our internal use only and is not shared with other organisations to help them contact consumers for marketing or commercial purposes.

We respect your privacy and we provide you with the right to see and/or correct your personal information. We do not sell our mailing list, nor do we disclose private information to any other person or company. Occasionally we may contact you to obtain further information or to offer other products or services that we feel may interest you. Should you prefer not to be contacted, please let us know and we will ensure that your name is withheld.

Children:
Thingz Ltd will over time provide content and information which children may find interesting and may wish to access. However, no one under the age of 13 years is allowed to provide any personal information.

Product availability:
On occasion some items may temporarily be out of stock or sold out, if this happens you will receive an email to advise of expected delay.

It is natural for those new to electronic purchasing to be concerned about security of personal and credit card details. In reality, a commerce transaction on the Internet is significantly more secure than a similar telephone transaction or handing your credit card over the counter in a store.

Shipping
Courier is $6  in New Zealand. Please note items cannot be sent to PO Box numbers.
